Team Coaching
Objective: optimise the cooperation within teams in order to reach the expected results. 
 
During this workshop we define the unique contribution of the team within the organization and examine the role each team member assumes within the team. We analyse the group dynamics and formulate criteria that enable team members, team leaders and teams as a whole to work more effectively.  Theory and practice go hand in hand in this workshop. 
 
Career Workshops
Providing employees with models and insights that help them to navigate their career. Usually this is a 2-day workshop. The tools and models are chosen in close cooperation with the client and the approach is aligned with company specific talent management processes and competency frameworks. An individual follow up session in which the personal development plan is discussed, is an integral part of the workshop.

Conflict handling, mediation
Where people work together conflicts occur and they can easily escalate.  An intervention in this context means on one hand making people aware of their own conflict handling approaches and on the other hand the facilitation of a series of interventions that create an opening for a constructive dialogue that leads to new agreements and that allows cooperation again.
