The role of the teacher has become one of challenge and support... |
|
I found the assessment lessons very interesting. I think I have certainly grown in maturity on various levels, and I am convinced that I have come to certain insights I would not have achieved on my own. ... Self-assesment is systematic. It's both a process and an activity... The use of self-assessment practices during the lessons helps to develop these skills (referring to self-monitoring, ability to reflect on on one's own learning, representing the learner's knowledge about his own thoughts and the factors that influence this thinking and understanding). It really encouraged me to take charge of my own learning. The role of the teacher has become one of challenge and support instead of teaching general course objectives.
She (Marina) helped us to find learning material and learning situations at just the right level to enhance the development. My previous experiences were therefore challenged in a way which allowed me to reassess my asssumptions.

Great Results, Expert, High Integrity |
|
Marina is a very experienced development consultant for organisations and individuals. She applies herself personally at a very deep level and does this with the utmost respect for everyone and everything involved. She excels at arriving to a result where everyone has a much deeper and better understanding of what is best of them and the organisation and guides them to find different alternatives of how to get there. I recommend her and her organisation highly. Diane Smets

Marina is a great coach in both personal and career development. She takes her time to understand what makes you tick and then uses her immense background to provide frameworks and anchors to work with in your personal development. She is not directive or prescriptive, she just guides you down the road...” January 14, 2008 Koen Pellegrims hired Marina as a Career Coach in 2007

Combining participants from different horizon and ages in business while keeping a good balance... |
|
"Combining participants from different horizon and ages in business while keeping a good balance between theory and interactivity in the discussions is certainly to be credited to Marina’s strong interpersonal qualities…The exchanges I personally had with Marina have provided me with highly valuable information about myself and my career (based on a trustful dialogue and listening) rather than more stereotype theoretical feedback." |
