Objective: optimise the cooperation within teams in order to reach the expected results. During this workshop we define the unique contribution of the team within the organization and examine the role each team member assumes within the team. We analyse the group dynamics and formulate criteria that enable team members, team leaders and teams as a whole to work more effectively. Theory and practice go hand in hand in this workshop. |
