Through individual coaching I help people to better cope with and handle their ever-evolving work context. Personal growth is key in the coaching and it is considered in view of the current and future challenges that the coachee faces. During the coaching process, we strive to achieve a healthy balance between more personal elements on the one hand and the specific business context with concrete actors and stakeholders on the other hand.
I combine structured interventions (such as questionnaires, 360° feedback, ...) with more open approaches (intuitive interventions based on previous work experience, open dialogue, ...). The priorities and focus of the coaching vary according to the needs of the coachee. I pay a lot of attention to continuously assessing and re-aligning the expectations of the coachee, the manager, the organisation, HR and the coach.
